Senior Product Manager - PromoMats

About the role

Veeva Vault PromoMats is the platform used by life sciences companies to manage promotional content, from MLR review and claims management to digital asset management and multichannel distribution. Veeva is looking for an experienced product manager to own and grow core PromoMats capabilities, working with Engineering, UX and customers to deliver solutions that balance ease of use with the rigor of a highly regulated industry.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and multi-release roadmap for your area of PromoMats, including where AI capabilities fit
• Engage with brand, marketing operations, medical and regulatory teams to turn their needs into prioritized product requirements
• Define and track metrics such as reduced MLR review cycles, time to approval, claims auto-link rates and feature adoption
• Write specifications and work with Engineering, UX and QA to ship features that meet the platform's quality and scalability standards
• Build capabilities that automate claims linking, reference substantiation, workflow configuration, content reuse and AI-assisted content checks while keeping auditability
• Partner with other Vault product teams and help Sales, Services and Support position and demonstrate releases

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering or consulting experience
• 2+ years of hands-on focus on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI
• Experience in marketing or marketing operations, or building products for marketing teams
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders in Marketing, Legal, Medical and Regulatory
• Proven collaboration with UX and Engineering

Required skills

• Strong Python coding skills
• Experience with AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex) and APIs
• Understanding of data flow design, prompt engineering and model fine-tuning
• Nice to have: direct PromoMats or Vault Medical experience, MLR review familiarity, data science background, martech stack knowledge
