Technical Product Manager (AI) – Veeva Quality Cloud

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to design and deliver AI Agent solutions for Veeva Quality Cloud, accelerating high‑quality product manufacturing for life‑sciences customers.

Key responsibilities

• Hands‑on design and development of AI agents that transform documents into structured data across the Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications, including data flow, orchestration, and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations and present feature capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML applications.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Strong coding skills in Python and hands‑on experience with AI frameworks and APIs.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, large language models, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and travel up to 20%.
