Configuration Consultant – RTSM

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Configuration Consultant to join its Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) team. You will configure RTSM projects based on study requirements, delivering high-quality solutions with strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to gather RTSM requirements.
• Configure the RTSM system according to those requirements.
• Lead design-review meetings and provide expert guidance on RTSM design.
• Manage and configure data-integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• 2+ year degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of customer-service or client-relationship experience.
• Proficiency with business software such as MS Office and text-editing tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Required skills

• RTSM/IRT configuration experience.
• Experience with Veeva Vault.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
