About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technical Product Consultant to join its Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) unit in Richardson, Texas. The role focuses on helping telecom, media and technology clients optimise business processes and drive digital transformation through product management, AI and identity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes to identify optimisation opportunities and align them with industry standards.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and work with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets domain‑specific insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customisations, configurations and draft standard operating procedures.
• Research third‑party products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs and scalability.
• Coordinate solution implementation, address issues during setup and integration, and support post‑implementation stability.
