Technical Product Analyst – Oracle Banking & ERP

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Analyst to lead system analysis and solution design for loan disbursement and banking finance workflows. The role bridges business operations and technology delivery across Oracle Banking, Oracle ERP Finance, and related platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deep system analysis on complex enterprise platforms, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Lead solution‑focused discussions with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements with full traceability.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Design solutions supporting lending workflows, financial integrations, and operational controls.
• Partner with TPOs/TPMs to manage product backlogs, Azure DevOps dashboards, and work items.
• Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with development and QA to clarify requirements, resolve defects, and ensure quality.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Banking and Oracle ERP Finance platforms.
• 10+ years in an Agile environment as an analyst or similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience in system analysis, process optimization, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
