Technical Delivery Senior Consultant – Qualtrics CX/XM

About the role

The Deloitte Customer team seeks a Technical Delivery Senior Consultant to design and implement Qualtrics Experience Management solutions that help organizations improve customer experience and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Translate CX program objectives into Qualtrics XM solution designs, including survey architecture, data models, workflows, and integration requirements.
• Configure and optimize Qualtrics surveys, embedded data, dashboards, automations, and logic for enterprise feedback programs.
• Build secure integrations between Qualtrics and CRM, HRIS, or data‑warehouse platforms using APIs, web services, or SSO.
• Deploy Qualtrics Website/App Insights code, test data flow and performance, and ensure production readiness.
• Analyze feedback data, create role‑based dashboards, and train stakeholders on reporting and workflow adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or Business Analytics.
• 2+ years configuring Qualtrics XM surveys, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• 2+ years designing cloud integrations with CRM, HRIS, or data‑warehouse platforms.
• 2+ years analyzing customer feedback data and building dashboard reports.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
