Technical Account Manager

About the role

LiteLLM is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own customer success for its most strategic accounts. You will work directly with developers at top‑tier companies, helping them roll out and optimize the AI gateway platform while ensuring a smooth, high‑value experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the 30 most important LiteLLM accounts, guiding them to successful adoption.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, resolving issues, handling feature requests, and communicating progress.
• Proactively identify churn risk, drive product usage, and prepare customers for renewal.
• Surface technical gaps and opportunities to influence the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Deep technical understanding of the LiteLLM product and its ecosystem.
• Strong customer‑obsession with a focus on delivering measurable success.
• Ability to diagnose root causes rather than applying quick fixes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, high responsiveness (Slack‑first).
• High autonomy – you set your own backlog and priorities based on customer needs.
