Technical Account Manager (Customer Solutions Architect)

About the role

Gravitee, a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader in API management, is hiring a Technical Account Manager (also called Customer Solutions Architect) in Denver. As the post-sales technical owner for a tiered portfolio of enterprise accounts across North America, you will give hands-on technical support to top-tier customers and help them reach production within six months, then act as their technical advisor to drive adoption, value and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new customers from signature to production in under six months through architecture guidance, best practices and use-case design, working with an onboarding manager and FDE/Professional Services or partners.
• Prioritize across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, keep scope clear and route out-of-scope work to the right team.
• Deliver QBRs, release briefings and technical roadmaps, and track value realization against each customer's business and ROI goals.
• Identify expansion and adoption signals early and help protect retention.
• Represent customers internally with Product and Engineering through the feature request process.
• Contribute to the wider team with demos, reusable technical assets, architecture designs and enablement content.

Required profile

• Customer-facing technical role at a SaaS or infrastructure vendor (TAM, post-sales Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer or Professional Services).
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of enterprise customers and prioritizing across competing demands.
• Ability to communicate with engineers, architects and executives and to scope engagements while escalating effectively.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites about once or twice a month.

Required skills

• Strong technical depth in APIs, integration and cloud-native platforms, with hands-on Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• API security and IAM: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT and SSO.
• Desired: Kafka or event streaming, LLM gateways, MCP, A2A, agent identity or authorization, scripting in Java or Python, API gateway or developer platform experience, startup experience.
