Team Truck Driver (Class A) – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking Class A Team Drivers to pull 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers enjoy a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule and a competitive annual compensation of $140,000‑$160,000.

Key responsibilities

• Operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers on assigned routes.
• Travel between service centers and turn‑point locations while maintaining safety standards.
• Comply with DOT regulations, complete pre‑trip inspections, and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for each trip.

Required profile

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition qualification).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop safely.
• Dependable and able to operate equipment safely at all times.
