Team Truck Driver (CDL Class A) – $140k‑$160k

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced Class A Team Drivers to join our Dallas service center. Drivers will operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers, transporting freight between service centers and turn‑point locations. Teams work five days on the road and enjoy two days off each week, with a home‑every‑week schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver loads using 53’ van trailers or double trailers.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment at all times.
• Adhere to schedules and delivery timelines.
• Complete required paperwork and inspections.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA specs for military transition).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop without difficulty.

Required skills

• LTL freight handling experience (preferred)
