Team Truck Driver (CDL A) – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced Class A Team Drivers to join its Otsego, MN service center. Drivers will operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers on routes between service centers and turn‑point locations, enjoying a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule and an annual compensation of $140 k–$160 k.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver freight using 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers.
• Maintain a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home weekly schedule.
• Adhere to all DOT safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report issues promptly.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience in the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military‑to‑civilian transition).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop without difficulty and demonstrate reliability.

Required skills

• CDL Class A operation.
• Double‑trailer handling.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Experience with doubles/triples, tankers, or LTL freight (preferred).
