About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers to join its Team Driver program. Drivers operate on a 5‑days‑on, 2‑days‑off schedule, enjoying weekly home time and the opportunity to earn an average salary of $140 k‑$160 k.

Key responsibilities

• Transport trailers between Service Centers and turn‑point locations on dedicated runs.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment and adhere to all DOT regulations.
• Complete pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight while protecting cargo integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA military‑to‑civilian transition criteria).
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop without difficulty.

Required skills

• CDL Class A license.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Doubles/Triples endorsement (preferred).
• Tanker endorsement (preferred).
• Experience with LTL freight handling.
