Team Performance & Culture Manager

About the role

TopFoxx is looking for a Team Performance & Culture Manager to own and operationalize its culture, accountability, and execution standards. You will act as the daily guardian of the company’s SOPs, scorecards, and performance rhythms, ensuring every team member lives the core values.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Slack, Asana, and meeting workflows to enforce professionalism, collaboration, and timely communication.
• Address standards breaches instantly with short corrective calls and clear expectations.
• Prevent negativity, gossip, and passive‑aggressive behavior by fostering a positive, results‑focused environment.
• Design, test, and maintain SOPs, scorecards, Rocks, KPIs, and OKRs for every department.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation while personally pressure‑testing every output before release.
• Drive EOS/Traction rhythms (L10 meetings, Rocks, scorecards) and ensure they are consistently applied.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing culture and performance in a fast‑growing, remote environment.
• Deep familiarity with EOS/Traction methodology and accountability frameworks.
• Strong bias toward action, results‑orientation, and the ability to give direct feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
