Team Performance & Culture Manager

About the role

TopFoxx is looking for a Team Performance & Culture Manager to safeguard and nurture its high‑performing, values‑driven environment. You will be the daily guardian of culture, accountability, and operational systems, ensuring every team member lives the company’s core standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Slack, Asana, and meeting workflows to detect and address cultural or performance issues instantly.
• Coach, correct, or off‑board individuals who do not align with core values.
• Design, test, and maintain SOPs, scorecards, and KPI/OKR frameworks across all departments.
• Run and refine EOS/Traction rhythms, including L10 meetings, Rocks, and accountability cadences.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate documentation while personally validating every output.

Required profile

• Strong bias toward results over hours, with a flexible, remote‑first mindset.
• Proven experience driving culture, performance, and systems in a fast‑growing e‑commerce or similar environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to give direct, constructive feedback.
