About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Member to join Little Beet, a fast‑casual restaurant that serves nutrient‑rich meals. You will work on the dining floor, providing friendly service and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages accurately.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, including pastries, breads, beverages, and retail products.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and resolve issues with empathy, escalating to a manager when necessary.
• Execute opening, mid‑shift, and closing procedures, including cash handling according to Little Beet’s policies.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized by following cleaning checklists, assisting with dishwashing, and detailing kitchen equipment.
• Assist with seating setup, napkin and silverware stations, and basic food preparation following prep sheets.

Required profile

• 3–6 months of restaurant experience or relevant training.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and be cross‑trained in dining and retail areas.
• Comfortable communicating in the primary language(s) of the location.

Required skills

• Experience with point‑of‑sale systems, preferably Toast.

• Hourly pay $17–$22 plus tips.
