Team Member – Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host, Café

About the role

Urban Air is looking for energetic Team Members to support its indoor adventure park operations. You will rotate across Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host, and Café duties, ensuring a safe and fun experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor activity courts and enforce safety rules.
• Assist guests at the front desk with check‑in, ticketing, and information.
• Host birthday parties and group events, guiding participants through activities.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in the park café, handling cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout the facility.

Required profile

• High‑energy individual with a passion for customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from the park.
• Availability to work at least one shift Monday‑Thursday and two shifts Friday‑Sunday.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Required skills

• Cash handling experience.
