Team Manager – Retail (Orlando)

About the role

The Team Manager will support the Store Director in leading, developing and motivating the sales, operations and security teams of a Tiffany store in Orlando. Acting as the on‑site leader when the Director is absent, you will ensure an exceptional client experience while driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, guide and support sales and operations teams to meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
• Lead the store floor, model the Tiffany client experience, and act on NPS and client feedback.
• Develop client relationships, drive client development activities, and deliver "Tiffany Touch" moments.
• Oversee hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
• Attract, hire and retain top talent; provide continuous training, coaching and performance management.
