Team Leader – Engineering (Multiple Positions)

About the role

Robert Bosch LLC is looking for experienced engineers to lead a team that develops components for electric motor production at its Charleston plant. The role combines hands‑on component diagnosis, laboratory testing and product data release with cross‑functional collaboration across the US, Europe and Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in the design, testing and release of e‑motor components.
• Perform CAD design of motor components and assemblies using the company design‑kit.
• Manage engineering changes following the RB process.
• Apply development methods such as PE, DRBFM, FMEA, problem solving and project management.
• Coordinate testing and diagnosis activities with manufacturing, process development and quality functions.
• Communicate progress and results to internal and external customers, including presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive or high‑voltage electrical machine development.
• Experience with automotive component development for production projects.
• Proven ability to supervise engineers.
