About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of instructors, providing performance feedback and fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage logistics for instructor‑led and virtual training programs across domestic hubs and field stations.
• Oversee qualification processes to certify instructors and maintain consistent delivery standards.
• Develop and maintain training schedules aligned with operational needs and role readiness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement training solutions for new technology, role transitions, and station openings.
• Coordinate instructor involvement in curriculum development and special projects.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion innovation by integrating emerging technologies, including AI‑powered tools, to personalize learning and streamline logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in corporate training, adult education, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in training delivery, instruction, or related operational roles.
