Team Lead – Operations & Guest Services

About the role

Join Topgolf as a Team Lead and drive the performance of a dynamic hospitality team. You will ensure seamless service delivery, uphold safety standards, and foster an inclusive culture while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, delivering regular feedback and coaching.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and quality service.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and guest concerns promptly.
• Promote a positive, inclusive team culture and support associate development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and key metrics.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to motivate a diverse team to achieve goals.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, including navigating stairs.
