Team Lead – Gym Operations

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Team Lead to support the Club Manager in overseeing daily gym operations and delivering an exceptional member experience. The role combines front‑desk duties, staff coaching and administrative tasks in a fast‑paced fitness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in training, developing and supervising front‑desk and gym staff.
• Provide high‑quality customer service by answering calls, greeting members, handling check‑ins, sign‑ups, cancellations and account updates.
• Conduct gym tours for prospective members and promote current marketing promotions.
• Support the Club Manager with scheduling, inventory ordering, supply tracking and cleanliness oversight.
• Help resolve member service issues and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Honest, strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational abilities.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate a team.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lb during the shift.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
