Team CDL A Truck Drivers – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced CDL A Team Truck Drivers for full‑time positions. Drivers will operate on a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule, moving trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations while enjoying weekly home time and dedicated runs.

Key responsibilities

• Transport trailers safely and efficiently between designated service centers or turn‑point locations.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, including pre‑employment physicals and drug screens.
• Operate equipment safely, adhering to company policies and schedules.
• Complete road tests and ensure proper handling of loads.
• Report any issues or incidents promptly to management.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (MVR/PSP) with no serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA military transition specifications).
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and able to operate equipment safely at all times.

Required skills
