About the role

The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville seeks a Teaching Assistant Professor to join its faculty on a fixed‑term, non‑tenure track basis. This position supports undergraduate and graduate instruction, contributes to curriculum development, and provides academic guidance to students.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality lectures, labs, and seminars in assigned subject areas.
• Assist senior faculty with course planning, assessment design, and instructional material preparation.
• Mentor and advise students on academic progress and career pathways.
• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and scholarly activities.

Required profile

• Terminal degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
