About the role
Beech Valley Solutions is partnering with a top‑100 CPA firm to hire a Tax Senior Manager for its offices in Atlanta, Nashville (Brentwood) and Tampa. This full‑time, direct‑hire position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee tax compliance, planning, and consulting services for a diverse client base.
- Lead and mentor tax teams, review complex tax returns, and manage client relationships.
- Advise clients on federal, state, and local tax regulations, ensuring high‑quality results.
- Develop and grow a team of tax consultants to deliver exceptional client service.
Required profile
- 7+ years of tax experience in public accounting, consulting, or industry tax leadership.
- CPA, EA, or other recognized tax certification.
- Client‑oriented work ethic with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience in healthcare, financial institutions, real estate, professional services, or manufacturing is a plus.
