About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated CPA to join our team as a Tax Professional and Wealth Advisor. In this dual role you will combine hands‑on tax preparation with strategic wealth‑management advice, supporting clients throughout the tax season and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, trust, and business tax returns for advisory clients.
• Develop and execute proactive tax‑planning strategies, including tax‑loss harvesting, Roth conversions, and charitable giving.
• Model complex tax scenarios and conduct year‑end planning to minimize liabilities.
• Collaborate with the investment team to align portfolios with tax strategies.
• Grow into the primary lead for client relationships, working alongside a financial planner.
• Communicate tax and financial concepts clearly to clients.

Required profile

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in individual, trust, and business tax preparation.
• Strong analytical and modeling abilities.
