As a Tax Innovation – Software Engineering Senior Manager at PwC, you will lead the creation of cutting‑edge software solutions that drive digital transformation within the Tax practice. You will guide teams in designing, coding, testing and delivering applications that provide exceptional user experiences and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to enhance business performance.
• Manage software engineering teams through design, coding, testing and deployment phases.
• Utilise .Net, Java and Python to build and maintain production‑grade applications.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover underlying problems and opportunities.
• Direct teams through complex, ambiguous situations while maintaining composure and strategic focus.
• Validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback and refine solutions.
• Oversee scalable architecture, integration frameworks and micro‑services design.
• Promote continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Coach and mentor diverse team members to foster high performance and inclusion.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in software engineering.
• Proven ability to lead large projects and influence strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
