Tax Innovation Software Engineering – Experienced Associate

About the role

As an Experienced Associate in Tax Innovation, you will design, develop and test cutting‑edge software solutions that support digital transformation within PwC's Tax practice. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality applications that improve business performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative software applications using Java, Python, C++ and modern frameworks.
• Design, code, test and deploy solutions with Spring Boot, React Native and micro‑service architectures.
• Participate in continuous integration and delivery pipelines to streamline releases.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging and quality‑assurance testing.
• Manage APIs and integrate enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Apply Acceptance Test‑Driven Development (ATDD) and Business Process Management techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in software development.
• Curiosity, ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
