About the role

As a Tax Innovation – Data Governance Senior Associate at PwC, you will turn raw tax‑related data into actionable insights that support client decision‑making and business growth. Working within the Tax practice, you will design, build and maintain data pipelines and integration solutions that enable efficient processing and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for tax data processing.
• Develop data integration and transformation solutions using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Build and maintain data infrastructure, including Snowflake data warehouses and schemas.
• Apply data anonymization and database security best practices to protect sensitive information.
• Validate data quality and perform data validation to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise data strategy and performance.
• Engage with clients to understand needs, deliver high‑quality solutions and build lasting relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and manage complex client situations.
