Tax Consultant

About the role

Join a dynamic consulting team as a Tax Consultant, working on diverse client engagements. You will collaborate with 3‑5 consultants to gather data, test hypotheses, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze tax‑related information from client organizations.
• Develop hypotheses, test them, and formulate strategic tax recommendations.
• Present findings to client management and support implementation of solutions.
• Participate in formal training programs and receive mentorship from senior partners.

Required profile

• University degree with an excellent academic record.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English and the local office language.
• Demonstrated leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to travel and work with people at all organizational levels.
