Tax Analyst

About the role

Join a fast‑growing global manufacturing organization as a Tax Analyst. You will work directly with the Tax Director on a wide range of tax matters, supporting compliance, research, and process improvement in a high‑visibility, fully onsite position.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Tax Director with federal, state, international, payroll, sales & use, and indirect tax issues.
• Assist with implementation and ongoing support of Vertex sales and use tax software.
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations and help forecast U.S. tax liabilities.
• Conduct tax research and respond to federal, state, and local tax notices.
• Support tax compliance, provision activities, financial statement audits, and work of outside tax advisors.
• Manage payroll tax processes through ADP SmartCompliance and collaborate on system enhancements.
• Develop tax policies, improve processes, and partner with Accounting, Finance, HR, and Legal.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or progress toward certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of tax experience in public accounting or a multinational corporate environment.
• Knowledge of U.S. federal and state corporate income tax, sales & use tax, property tax, and payroll tax.
• Strong tax research and analytical abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
