About the role

Our client, a long‑standing professional services firm, is seeking a Tax Advisor to fill a vacancy created by a retirement. The role involves delivering tax compliance services to a diverse portfolio of individual, partnership, corporate and fiduciary clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate and fiduciary income tax returns.
• Support clients with various tax‑related matters and answer inquiries.
• Manage communications with the IRS, state tax authorities and other parties.
• Prepare and e‑file W‑2, 1099‑MISC, 1099‑NEC and 1099‑INT forms.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of tax compliance experience covering individuals, partnerships, corporations or trusts.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent designation (or candidate).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent client‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Federal and state tax compliance.
• Tax return preparation for individuals, S‑corps, estates and partnerships.
• E‑filing of W‑2 and 1099 series forms.
• Communication with IRS and other tax authorities.
