Talent Supply Chain Consultant – Remote (Egypt)

About the role

Join Kelly's international Managed Service Provider (MSP) team as a Talent Supply Chain Consultant. Working remotely from Egypt, you will oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring that candidates meet client requirements while delivering a seamless experience for hiring managers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions following client processes.
• Utilise diverse sourcing methods such as spotlight calls and supplier updates to attract talent.
• Screen resumes, shortlist qualified candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on best recruitment practices.
• Participate in internal, client, and supplier meetings to shape recruitment strategies.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding with HR.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment or staffing experience, preferably in temporary labor or service‑level environments.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry‑specific hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills.
• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
