About the role

We are seeking a driven Talent Partner to own end‑to‑end recruitment for M&C Saatchi World Services in the United States. Based in New York (with travel to Washington, DC), you will partner with senior hiring managers to deliver a consistent, high‑quality hiring experience across our public‑sector marketing business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for multiple business areas, from sourcing to offer.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Track and report key hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline health and conversion rates.
• Provide market insight and hiring guidance to senior stakeholders.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives to position M&C Saatchi as an attractive employer.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of recruitment experience in a creative, agency, marketing or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex hiring processes and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
