Talent Partner – GTM Recruiting (North America)

About the role

LoopMe is looking for a Talent Partner to own full‑cycle go‑to‑market (GTM) recruiting across North America. You will work closely with sales, leadership and marketing teams to build the talent pipeline that fuels our rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for Sales ICs, Sales Leadership and Marketing roles across the United States.
• Partner with commercial leaders to define hiring needs, role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Build proactive pipelines of active and passive ad‑tech talent through direct sourcing and professional networks.
• Ensure a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Handle multiple open roles simultaneously, providing regular pipeline updates and forecasts.
• Lead offer negotiations while aligning candidate expectations with LoopMe’s compensation framework.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline conversion and source effectiveness.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, primarily for GTM or commercial positions.
• Direct hiring experience in ad‑tech, programmatic media or digital advertising.
• Strong proactive sourcing ability; you build pipelines rather than rely on inbound applications.
• Proven track record partnering with senior commercial stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage several open roles without compromising quality or candidate experience.

Required skills

• Workable (or comparable ATS) proficiency.
