Talent Management Coordinator (Temporary)

About the role

Abt Global is looking for a temporary Talent Management & Learning Coordinator to support high‑priority learning, development and HR technology initiatives. The role will assist in designing, developing, delivering and maintaining training programs and employee resources.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing instructor‑led, virtual and self‑paced training programs and related materials.
• Coordinate training schedules, communications, registration, logistics and support facilitation of sessions.
• Support learning initiatives for enterprise systems, update quick reference guides and maintain content in LMS and SharePoint.
• Track deliverables, milestones and documentation for multiple learning and talent‑management projects.
• Maintain and organize learning resources, templates and assets on internal platforms.
• Collect attendance data, feedback and compile reports on learning metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, L&D, education or a related field.
• Strong organizational, project coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in learning & development, instructional design or talent development.
