About the role
Chai Discovery is building a design suite for molecules using frontier AI models. The company is seeking exceptional individuals to anchor its founding talent team, valuing curiosity, resourcefulness, IQ and EQ equally.
Key responsibilities
- Design and refine every detail of the organization’s talent strategy, working closely with founders and leaders.
- Communicate the company’s story passionately to internal and external audiences at any level.
- Identify out‑lier talent and exceptional genius, turning insights into actions with urgency and creativity.
Required profile
- Strong curiosity, resourcefulness, high IQ and EQ.
- Ability to hold intelligent conversations with anyone at any level.
- Proven track record of thinking and acting beyond expectations to achieve out‑of‑distribution results.
