Talent & Growth Consultant

About the role

The Talent & Growth Consultant supports Disney’s People & Culture organization by delivering operational excellence for corporate learning initiatives. This service‑oriented role blends learning systems administration, project coordination, session logistics, and virtual facilitation to enhance the employee experience across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shared learning inboxes, triage inquiries, and act as the operational conduit between employees, leaders, HR partners, and the Talent & Growth team.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, orientation sessions, and learning experiences, maintaining project planners, trackers, timelines, and status updates.
• Facilitate and moderate enterprise‑wide learning sessions (virtual and in‑person) on platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, ensuring smooth flow and participant engagement.
• Serve as the corporate segment administrator for the D Learn LMS, handling daily administration, troubleshooting, class creation, enrollment, attendance tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Develop and maintain service level agreements, standard operating procedures, playbooks, and operational guides; capture trends to improve efficiency.
