Talent Acquisition Specialist (Veterinary Recruitment)

About the role

Petfolk is transforming veterinary care by combining top‑quality medicine with a connected experience for pets and their families. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and manage talent pipelines that support the growth of our veterinary recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines aligned with Petfolk’s headcount plans.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for existing markets and new market expansions, using job boards, social media, professional networks and industry events.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective candidates, assess core competencies and set expectations.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to influence requisition processes.
• Report on talent KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior recruitment stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience; staffing‑agency background is a plus.
• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system.
• Proven ability to design innovative sourcing strategies and meet conversion KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; veterinary recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
