Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist partners with recruiters to design and execute sourcing strategies that align with business needs, building pipelines of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring demand.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies across assigned competency areas and industry lines, serving as a subject-matter expert.
• Identify prospects through multiple channels, including online engagement, and convert them into applicants.
• Conduct initial outreach conversations and screen prospective candidates.
• Partner with Recruitment Brand and Marketing teams to tailor and post recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain prospect databases and provide pipeline reporting on sourcing activity.
• Use market intelligence and research to inform talent acquisition strategies and advise business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or direct corporate sales.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project or workstream leadership experience.
• Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Experience with sourcing tools and techniques.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Avature.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
