Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Retail & Product Teams

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for our retail product teams. You will source, attract and hire top professionals for functions such as design, merchandising, planning, allocation and other key product areas, helping shape the teams that create the collections our customers love.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for product‑related roles, managing multiple searches simultaneously from intake to offer.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using online platforms, networking events, industry associations and creative channels.
• Provide a consistent, high‑quality experience for candidates and hiring managers through clear communication and timely follow‑up.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, industry professionals and retail communities to create a diverse talent pipeline.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, HR partners and department heads to understand role requirements and deliver recruitment insights.
• Integrate diversity, equity and inclusion best practices into every stage of the hiring process.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, managing multiple roles independently.
• Retail industry experience preferred, with solid understanding of its talent needs and trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
