Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

RED Group is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support its rapid growth in the industrial control systems sector. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for engineering, consulting, and technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
• Create and post job requisitions on external boards, social media, and the company career site.
• Source and engage both passive and active candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, collect feedback, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Extend offers, manage negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source of hire.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting in a technology or industrial environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple requisitions.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
