Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Hybrid (Home Office)

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at On the Go, you will lead the hiring effort for our fast‑growing hospitality and retail teams across North America’s busiest airports. You will partner with business leaders to attract top talent, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to the evolution of our Talent Acquisition function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for both exempt and non‑exempt positions within an assigned territory.
• Source candidates through traditional and non‑traditional channels, including career fairs and community events.
• Review resumes, conduct video and in‑person interviews, administer assessments, and perform reference/background checks.
• Make hiring recommendations and extend employment offers.
• Oversee talent acquisition projects such as new openings and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract quality candidates.
