Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Recruiting

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for the organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and guiding candidates through a positive experience while ensuring hiring needs are met efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing & Outreach – Identify candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media and networking.
• Screening & Selection – Review resumes, conduct phone screens and assess cultural and technical fit.
• Hiring Manager Partnership – Work with managers to define role requirements and craft job descriptions.
• Interview Coordination – Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels.
• Offer Management – Extend offers, negotiate salary/terms and manage pre‑employment steps.
• Process Improvement – Maintain the applicant tracking system, track recruiting metrics and stay current on industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, either in‑house or at a staffing agency.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

What we offer

• Base pay range $62,575 – $82,100 annually.
