Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) – Remote US

About the role

Alex and Ani is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full‑cycle recruiting for both corporate and revenue‑driving teams. This remote, full‑time position will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, helping to attract and hire top talent across a wide range of functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on talent decisions, market dynamics, and candidate fit.
• Manage a balanced mix of inbound pipeline and proactive outbound sourcing to build high‑quality talent pools.
• Conduct candidate screens and guide candidates through a structured, high‑touch interview process.
• Maintain ATS data integrity, track recruiting metrics, and provide visibility for decision‑making.
• Support employer branding, process improvements, and talent marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate and experiment with AI‑enabled recruiting tools, sourcing platforms, and modern talent acquisition technologies.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of recruiting experience, including 1–2+ years in‑house in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage inbound volume and proactive sourcing with strong prioritization.
• Success sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines across multiple functions.
• Experience acting as a thought partner to hiring managers and influencing decisions with data and market insight.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
