Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Harmony is looking for its first dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to centralise and professionalise hiring for its US Go‑to‑Market teams. You will own the full‑cycle recruiting process, build scalable hiring systems, and shape the candidate experience as the company expands across the US, EMEA and Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end recruiting for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success roles, from intake to offer.
• Develop and maintain outbound sourcing pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Manage the ATS as the single source of truth, ensuring pipeline hygiene and accurate reporting.
• Design and implement structured interview processes, including scorecards and competency frameworks.
• Partner with G&A and GTM leaders on headcount planning, role scoping and compensation calibration.
• Provide hiring‑manager enablement and training on interview best practices.
• Define and track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.
• Reduce reliance on agencies by building an in‑house sourcing capability.
• Support People Ops with onboarding, HRIS hygiene and employee lifecycle workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting for Go‑to‑Market or similar roles.
• Hands‑on sourcing expertise for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Ability to design and roll out structured interview processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills with leadership.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics.
