About the role

Nabis, the world’s leading licensed cannabis wholesale platform, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own full‑cycle recruiting for corporate and operations functions. You will partner directly with hiring managers, manage a high‑volume requisition load, and build scalable hiring processes as the company expands across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for 15‑25+ concurrent requisitions spanning corporate and operations roles.
• Lead and develop a small recruiting team, providing day‑to‑day coaching and performance support.
• Design and execute active sourcing strategies, especially for leadership and hard‑to‑fill positions using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to create role scorecards, interview plans, and candidate criteria.
• Own hiring SLAs, time‑to‑fill targets, and drive offers to close, collaborating with People on compensation positioning.
• Support high‑volume hourly hiring for warehouse and fleet locations, navigating state work permits and agent badging.
• Build and refine Greenhouse workflows, including knockout questions, templates, scorecards, and rejection taxonomies.
• Maintain data hygiene, report pipeline health, and ensure compliance with multi‑state hiring regulations.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing recruiters or a recruiting team.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume hiring in regulated environments.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with compliance requirements such as the Fair Chance Act and state‑specific hiring rules.
