Tailor – Retail Store (Disney Springs)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Tailor to join Levi’s® Retail at Disney Springs in Orlando. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality alteration services and supporting the Tailor Shop’s craftsmanship strategy while providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Execute basic alteration services such as hemming, patch and repair, and tapering.
• Collaborate with the Master Tailor and Tailor Shop Manager on additional projects and strategy implementation.
• Provide clear communication of all Tailor Shop services to customers.
• Educate and train store team members on alteration offerings and best practices.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the Levi’s brand standards are upheld throughout the customer journey.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to elevate the client experience.
• Ability to work closely with senior tailoring staff and support store initiatives.
• Willingness to train and mentor store associates on tailoring services.
