Systems Manager - Relativity Administrator

About the role

Amentum is looking for a knowledgeable resource with broad knowledge of government IT environments and Relativity experience to join a team of legal professionals supporting the Department of Justice in Washington DC. The successful candidate will act as the RelativityOne (RelOne) administrator for the CRT RelOne instance, working 100% in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support the CRT RelOne instance overall
• Monitor compliance with JMD, Relativity and other system requirements
• Troubleshoot local and remote user access
• Configure and design the database, and assist with high-level database design
• Coordinate end-user support and manage technical risks for the CRT database environment
• Lead technical support to generate outgoing productions, including QC of coding fields and generation of privilege logs
• Assist with evaluations of new technologies
• Collaborate with litigation teams to create high-level search strategies

Required profile

• Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials; US citizenship is required for this work location
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Relativity, with substantial, in-depth skills
• Proven ability to help remote users access and navigate the Relativity workspace
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Managerial experience preferred
• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred, preferably in computer science or information management/technology; graduate degree in those fields also preferred
• Experience in a litigation support environment and trial support experience are a plus
