Systems Engineer

About the role

Moog’s Military Aircraft Group is seeking a Systems Engineer to help develop next‑generation flight control technologies for advanced military aircraft. You will work on high‑performance hydraulic and electromechanical control systems, contributing across the product lifecycle from architecture to validation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and verify complex hydraulic and electromechanical control systems.
• Coordinate design discussions with multidisciplinary teams and external customers.
• Create and communicate design requirements and verification approaches.
• Develop verification plans, VCRM matrices, test plans, and procedures.
• Support real‑time system model integration for system‑level and unit‑level testing.
• Create automated test scripts and produce concise test reports.
• Participate in system and subsystem integration, anomaly investigations, and occasional travel to other Moog or customer sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related science.
• Three or more years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience with requirements management, integration, testing, modeling, simulation, and control system design.
• Preferred background in the aerospace industry and familiarity with fault‑management design.
