Systems Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a collaborative AWS Systems Engineer to join our mission‑driven global organization. In this role you will support and enhance our AWS cloud infrastructure, automate operational tasks, and work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure reliable, scalable services.

Key responsibilities

• Support cloud infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting in AWS.
• Automate operational tasks and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, resilient application architectures.
• Maintain documentation and operational procedures following best practices.
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and automation efforts.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, automation, or DevOps tasks.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS.
• Foundational understanding of cloud and DevOps tools with a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Scripting skills in Python or Go.
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Helm, or ArgoCD.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud and containerized environments.
• Proficiency with Linux system administration and command‑line tools.
• Experience with continuous integration tools such as GitHub Actions.
